I've been to Hawaii 9 times. I've also stayed in this condo years ago, prior to fall 2020's renovation. I hope this qualifies me to say that this is the BEST property I have stayed in, and I can even go so far as to say "by far". The renovation that they completed makes it feel like you are walking into one of those shows on HGTV where they have flipped a house. Everything is just so new, shiny, clean, and wonderful. There may be other properties as nice as this, but what separates this one is the location. Honokeana Cove is well known to locals as a top 5 snorkeling location on the island. If there is such a thing as getting bored looking at turtles, come here. This is walking distance (0.5 mile) to the Napili Market, and about a football field walk north is a ocean sports rental for fins, paddle boards, etc. Another football field past that is Napili Beach, and Kapalua Beach, take your pick, both amazing. Back to the unit--it's an end unit, top floor, and keeps cool with adjustable vents for almost every window. As super quiet as it is on the ocean side of the condo, there is a little road noise on the road side, but dies down at bed time. I will return, but next time I may just uber to the location, as you don't really need a car for anything since restaurants, groceries, beaches, snorkel gear stores are all within walking distance (but still enough distance to make it feel like its not over developed.) Graham and Carrie are ultra responsive owners, and if you are reading this, you two, nice job on the renovation. Wow! I spent quite a bit of time on your oversized Lanai, especially in he afternoon. Toward the end of the stay we discovered a walking path that leads to the point of the Cove. Great place for pictures, sunsets, and shore-combing,.
